Automotive & aerospace metal finishing | Over 40 years of quality

T-Town Manufacturing was founded in April of 2026 by two brothers, Michael Pasch and Denis Hartman, who have both been in the manufacturing field for over 25 years each, working separately. We have finally decided to join forces and work together to build back a company that has been a staple in Toledo for 50 years. Founded by Pete Harvey in 1976, the formerly known P&J Manufacturing, was the top tumbling and grinding specialist in the area. It will be again.
At T-Town Manufacturing, we are committed to providing high-quality manufacturing services that exceed our clients' expectations. Our mission is to deliver innovative solutions, on time, high quality parts, in order to help our customers succeed.
Our core values at T-Town Manufacturing include integrity, quality, innovation, and collaboration. We believe in treating our clients, employees, and community with respect and honesty.
With decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, our team at T-Town Manufacturing has the knowledge and skills to tackle even the most challenging projects. We are constantly investing in new technology and training to stay at the forefront of our field. Bring us your problems and we will find a solution.

Double-disc grinding simultaneously finishes two parallel surfaces at a high rate of production, providing extremely close tolerances and fine surface finishes.

A batch finishing process used to deburr, radius, descale, burnish, clean, and brighten a large number of relatively small parts by using specially shaped media. The parts are placed into a tub of the vibratory tumbler. The contents of the tumbler and all of its contents are then vibrated. The vibration causes the media to rub against the parts, giving them the desired finish. This process can be done either wet or dry.
A burr is a raised edge or small pieces of material remaining attached to a workpiece after a modification. Deburring is important for quality and functionality not to mention aesthetics and the smooth operation of working parts. Deburring can also play a role in safety. The smallest burr can cause injury or “catch” during production causing unnecessary delays
